COVID-19 Procedures by request

We closely monitor all recommendations by the CDC, local state, government & health officials. Please read and agree to terms at the bottom of this page. 

1. All of our technicians are fully Vaccinated.
2. We May be able to set up out doors by request when setting up your appointment. (At the technicians discretion, we are unable to setup outside in raining or wet weather.) Garage setup is an option as we are equipped with everything necessary.
3. Your technician will wear a face mask upon request 
4. Technician will wear disposable gloves upon request(Polyethylene, nitrile or latex, please inform us of allergies prior)                      
5. Disinfectant sanitation of our equipment in between every use.
6. Mask may be required to be worn by applicants covering both face and nose. 
7. Keep at least 6 feet of distance at all times until the start of the actual fingerprinting by request.

1.  Print and COMPLETE Live Scan request form prior to Technician arrival.  2-3 copies required.  We DO NO PROVIDE THESE. Requesting agency will provide this. Text us at 8001-310-8511 for more info if necessary.
2. Have VALID I.D. ready.  NO copies, temporaries or picture of ID accepted.
3. Have form of payment ready.

• You will be receiving a phone call or text 30 minutes prior to your appointment. It may be an unknown or restricted number. Please be mindful of your phone.

 We have a Social Distancing Live Scan Fingerprinting option. We are one of few vendors approved by the D.O.J. to use this technology. It requires specifically modified software designed for our Covid-19 challenges. Additional processing fee's apply.  Advance request is required. Subject to availability.
